Wilda Knecht, Assistant Director of International Student Services at Hanover College, has been working to improve resources and procedures at Hanover for the past 4 years. Making the phrase "a place to belong" resonate more with international students, Wilda has successfully implemented programming, communication plans, and resources to assist students with integration on campus. Her continued work in developing the newly formed office of International Student Services at Hanover provides critical resources and opportunities to maximize the experiences shared by students.

Anna has been supporting organizations across the US and around the world with nonresident tax compliance since 2019 at Sprintax. During that time, she has delivered more than 150 tax workshops and webinars all across the US and the Sprintax software has supported over 200,000 nonresidents each year with their tax filing obligations as well as overall NRA tax compliance. Anna has also delivered tax presentations at multiple conferences including NAFSA regional conferences in the US and WETM-IAC in Europe.

Zdravka Zlateva has more than 20 years’ experience in US taxation, specializing in nonresident, international and cross-country taxation, including tax treaty eligibility and other agreements for avoidance of double taxation analysis. Zdravka Zlateva was granted Enrolled Agent credentials by the IRS and is currently a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents. Since 2010, together with a team of enrolled agents and tax specialists, Zdravka leads the tax compliance, research and development of Sprintax.
