Sprintax commits to: 
- giving merch kits to two different winners.
 
Entries are made by following Sprintax and Yudi J on Instagram, answer a question and tag a friend in the comment section.
 
Entries must be submitted within the advertised time limits (16.03.2026-30.03.2026). Sprintax reserves the right to reject any entry on reasonable grounds.
 
Sprintax reserves the right to change the deadline of the competition at any time.
 
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
 
Employees (and their families) and agents of Sprintax are not eligible and may not enter.
 
By entering the prize, entrants acknowledge and agree that Sprintax may collect and use their personal details for the purpose of administering the prize.
 
The winners of the prize will be selected at random. The chances of any particular entrant winning the prize depends on the total number of entrants. Winners will be notified on social media. Sprintax may disqualify a winner if it has not managed to contact the individual within seven days of its first attempt to do so and may then select an alternative winner.
 
Sprintax has the right to reshare competition entries on the company’s own social media platforms.
 
Sprintax reserves the right to use any photographs shared in connection with the merchandise prizes online, in email communications, and through other media channels. By entering the competition, participants consent to such use.  
 
Sprintax may suspend or terminate the competition at any time if it has reasonable grounds for doing so, which grounds may include without limitation our website or our social media account being subject to, or affected by attacks, viruses or any other act of hacking by a third party, or in the event of any wilful attempt to breach these terms and conditions.
 
As a condition of your entry, you agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, other expenses (including costs and legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting directly or indirectly from such entry.
 
Sprintax and its agents assume no responsibility and are not liable for the loss or late receipt through the post of any documents, notification or other communication. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.
 
By participating in the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these rules (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice) and by our decisions, which are final in all matters. The entrants also agree to the Sprintax terms and conditions.
